What to expect

Online via Zoom. One session Saturday, one session Sunday.

Saturday: Seated practice

90 minutes

The highest intensity levels. You learn how far you can push and when to hold back. Advanced contemplation techniques and the Exhale & Sip method. The instructor works with you at the edge of your current ability.

Saturday & Sunday: Homework exercises

24 hours

Between Saturday and Sunday you practice at maximum intensity. Both seated and walking. This is where you test your limits without supervision and learn to trust your own judgment.

Sunday: Walking practice

90 minutes

Walking practice at advanced levels. Exhale & Sip in motion. Review of your homework, feedback on your practice, and how to continue at this intensity on your own.

Requirements

Solid basis in the Immersion Course (levels 5-9). Comfortable and confident with the exercises and practicing them regularly. Immersion Weekend highly recommended but optional.

Continue practicing at the highest level. Repeat any weekend at a discounted rate anytime. For concentrated momentum, join an Intensive Practice Week, seven days of group practice.
