A weekend is two days of live group sessions with an instructor who explains the exercises, guides your practice, and answers your questions, with homework in between to put it into action.

Step 1

Foundation Weekend

Learn the method, experience group practice, and try the Practice Club for a week. Open to everyone, no experience needed.

Step 2A

Immersion Weekend

Higher-level exercises, nervous system management, and new session types. Seated practice with an instructor at the intermediate level.

Step 2B

Immersion Move Weekend

Dedicated walking practice with live instruction. Apply breathing control during movement and discover how the exercise scales with physical effort.

Step 3

Summit Weekend

Advanced techniques, peak performance work, and the full spectrum of breath training zones including orange and red zone practice.

Immersion Starter Bundle

Immersion Course and three weekends (Foundation, Immersion, Move Weekend), bundled together at $149.
