Learn the method, experience group practice, and try the Practice Club for a week. Open to everyone, no experience needed.

What to expect

Online via Zoom. One session Saturday, one session Sunday.

Saturday: Learn the exercises

60 minutes

You learn the flow of the exercise. How the session is structured, how the different stages connect to each other, and what to aim for in each stage.

Saturday & Sunday: Homework exercises

24 hours

Between Saturday and Sunday you practice on your own. This is where the method starts to settle in. You have 24 hours to explore what you learned.

Sunday: Practice and review

60 minutes

We review your homework, answer your questions, and cover what supports your practice going forward. Including how breathing is influenced by your lifestyle.

After the weekend: Practice Club

1 free week

Continue practicing with the group after the weekend. Attend live club meetings and get feedback.

Requirements

None. Open to everyone. We recommend downloading the app and trying the intro level before the weekend.

What comes after

Practice independently for at least one week. Build comfort and confidence. Then, if you want, continue with the Immersion Weekend (levels 5-9).
