How it works
Builds on the Foundation Course
Everything from Foundation carries forward. You keep all existing levels and add new ones. Levels 5-9 introduce higher intensity, more variants, and new session types. The app continues to guide you with audio instruction and track your progress.
Walking sessions
Walking exercises add movement to your breath training. You practice breathing control while walking at different paces. Steps replace seconds. The combination of movement and breath control trains your body differently. Walking sessions feel more physical, more grounded.
Contemplation elements
At this level, sessions include contemplation components that train awareness alongside breathing. These are not meditation in the traditional sense. They are structured awareness exercises that complement the physical breathing practice.
Levels 5–9
Breath holds are longer. Feather breathing goes deeper. The exercise starts to challenge your nervous system management. You learn to stay calm under a stronger air hunger signal. How you choose your level matters more here. The app helps you find the right intensity for each session.
New exercise variants
Soft+
A subtle step up from Soft. Slightly more challenge within the gentle range.
Medium+
More intensity within the moderate range. For students who've outgrown standard Medium.
Strong
A significant step up. The breathing pattern shifts and breath holds require genuine control. This is where the practice starts to feel like real training.
Walking mode
Instead of sitting, you practice breath holds while walking. Steps replace seconds. The main breath hold happens while you walk. Then you stop, take your recovery breath, and continue walking through the feather breathing period. Walking trains your body to maintain calm breathing under physical demand.
