Immersion Instructor Training
Levels 5–9 · 5 exercise styles
Seated and walking sessions, higher intensity techniques, and nervous system management. For instructors ready to guide students through more demanding practice.
Practice Club path requirements
Foundation Instructor requirements, plus Summit Course, Summit Weekend, and 6 months Practice Club (total).
Six months of consistent practice means you have real personal experience with the ups and downs of the method, the variants, and the many ways the practice can be customized. You have built that knowledge through your own practice and through attending club meetings where questions are answered, new variants are taught, and different approaches are discussed depending on someone's character, experience, health, or fitness. Six months in, you know the practice the way only time can teach you. The discount recognizes that.

The Foundation Weekend is the only prerequisite. After that, you join the next instructor training group. You keep building your own practice during and after the training.
You train alongside Practice Club members. Same program, same certification. Club members arrive with months of personal practice behind them. You build yours through the training itself and continue after.

Practice first
We focus on practical teaching: how to guide students through the exercise, solve real problems in practice, keep students motivated, and recognize when things are not going as expected. The underlying science is background reading: mechanisms, research, studies, and books, studied at your own pace. Personal training time stays focused on practice.
Certified by teaching, not by finishing a curriculum
Your certificate is issued after you successfully teach your first two students under supervision.
Observe a weekend for free
As part of your instructor training, you attend a weekend event for free as an observation exercise. Watch how sessions are taught, how questions are handled, and how the method is adapted in real time. This is where theory meets practice.
Mentorship support
After certification, you teach with mentorship support alongside you. When you encounter a case you are unsure about, we develop an approach together based on the individual situation. Monthly instructor meetings bring the group together to discuss cases, techniques, and theory. You are not doing this alone.
Teach at all three levels
Instructor training at the Foundation, Immersion, and Summit levels.
