Practice Together

Practice Club

Live supervised sessions at least twice a week. An instructor guides, watches your practice in real time, and gives feedback as the session runs. Informal, with Q&A.

What the Practice Club is

The Practice Club is an online webinar, a regular group practice session over Zoom that you join from anywhere. You do your breathing exercise while an instructor watches and gives feedback in real time. It's not a course or a lecture. It's practice, the same exercise you do on your own, but with live guidance and the company of other practitioners.

Sessions run at least twice a week. You can attend as many or as few as you like. The atmosphere is informal. Questions are welcome during the session. You'll hear other people's questions too, and over time that builds a deep understanding of how the practice works for different people.

What happens in a meeting

Sessions split roughly 50/50. Half are practice sessions. Everyone practices together while an instructor watches and gives feedback in real time, with a short Q&A at the end. The other half focus on a theme: a specific aspect of the practice, background theory, or a question the group wants to explore. You leave with something you can apply the same day.

You'll see how the exercise is adapted for different situations, someone dealing with stress, someone rebuilding their energy, someone training for performance. Different approaches for different people. Over time, you absorb these patterns naturally.

After the exercise, there's usually an open Q&A. This is where the most interesting conversations happen. People share what they're experiencing, ask about things they've noticed, and the instructor explains what's going on and what to try next.

There is no fixed curriculum. You join at whatever level you are at. We practice and we chat, and the conversation can be about anything related to our breathing exercises and how they affect health and fitness. If we stray too far, we like to bring it back to the breathing.

When we meet

Practice Club meetings run on two weekdays per week, with multiple sessions per day at different times so members around the world can join. Most days have two time slots, some days three, depending on instructor availability.

9:00 – 9:30 PM ET

9:00 – 9:30 AM ET

9:00 – 9:30 AM CET

Weekday sessions only. Weekends are reserved for weekend programs. Every week is a little different. Members receive a weekly email with the exact schedule.

What you learn over time

The Practice Club builds knowledge that's hard to get from a course alone. Courses teach structure. The club teaches nuance. You develop a feel for the exercise that comes from watching it applied across many different people and situations over weeks and months.

You also build your own practice habit. Having a scheduled session with a group keeps you consistent. The instructor notices your progress and adjusts guidance as your skill develops.

Path to instructor training

Three months of club practice with one meeting a week and daily homework qualifies you for free Foundation Instructor training. The club is where you build the experience that makes instructor training natural rather than theoretical.

Three months of club practice also gives you an alternative path to Immersion and Summit instructor training at a significant discount.
