Levels 5–9 · 5 exercise styles
Higher-level exercises, nervous system management, and new session types. Seated practice with an instructor at the intermediate level.
What to expect
Online via Zoom. One session Saturday, one session Sunday.
Saturday: Seated practice
90 minutes
You go deeper into the exercises. Higher intensities, new variants, and techniques that ask more from your nervous system. You learn how to manage your state during stronger sessions and how to choose the right level for where you are.
Saturday & Sunday: Homework exercises
24 hours
Between Saturday and Sunday you practice independently. Seated sessions at the intensity you learned on Saturday. This is where you discover how the higher levels feel when you practice alone.
Sunday: Practice and review
90 minutes
You work through the exercises again, this time with more confidence. The instructor reviews your homework, answers questions, and covers how to continue at this intensity independently.
Requirements
Solid basis in the Foundation Course (levels 1-4). Comfortable and confident with the basic exercises and practicing them regularly. Foundation Weekend recommended but optional.
Foundation CourseWhat comes after
Practice independently for at least one week. Then continue with the Move Weekend for walking practice, or the Summit Weekend for advanced levels.
