What to expect
Guided walking sessions. Two sessions over the weekend with solo practice in between.
Session 1: Technique
90 minutes
You learn how the walking exercise works. How breath holds translate to steps, how feather breathing feels at different paces, and how to find your zone while moving. The instructor walks you through the structure and watches your form.
Between sessions: Solo walk
24 hours
You practice on your own outdoors. A walk at your own pace, applying what you learned. This is where the technique settles into your body and movement.
Session 2: Integration
90 minutes
Longer sessions at different intensities. You cover more ground and discover how the exercise scales with effort. Review of your solo practice, feedback, and how to continue walking sessions at home.
Requirements
Immersion Weekend completed, or solid experience with the Immersion Course (levels 5-9) and regular practice. The walking technique builds on the seated sessions you already know.

Continue walking sessions independently using the app. Walking practice works well alongside seated sessions or as a standalone training day. Summit Weekend is the next step.
